Whether your need is for a one off piece of work or just advice or whether you require a more comprehensive project to be managed on your behalf, we offer a full range of bespoke services to our clients.  All initial meetings are free of charge and give both parties an opportunity to discuss what is required and allow us to build rapport and trust.  Depending on the nature of the assignment, we can tailor a solution for each client.  Confidentiality agreements are common place and we are happy to sign one accepting our obligations in this regard.  

A full proposal will be prepared along with our fee structure.  Fees can be charged on an hourly or daily rate, this will depend on the clients requirements and our assessment of how best to achieve a satisfactory outcome.  Itemised timesheets are submitted along with our invoice so you can see what we have been doing and what you are paying for.  If a project or assignment is to be delivered over a longer timeframe, then a rate for the job will be considered.
