HR services, whether provided in-house or via an external provider are becoming increasingly important and any business knows HR issues can be complex and administratively time consuming.  Not only must a business ensure that employment practices meet legislative requirements, they must also provide employees with the support and guidance they need to be successful.  Managing people is not the easiest thing to get right.
